We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of Live in Prod, a new podcast powered by CDOps Tech that brings together engineers, founders, technology leaders, and builders for honest conversations about their journeys, experiences, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way.
This isn’t a podcast about having all the answers. It’s about asking better questions.
Every guest has a story that’s worth hearing. Sometimes it’s about overcoming a challenge. Sometimes it’s about making a difficult decision with limited information. Sometimes it’s about a project that didn’t go as planned and the lessons that came from it. Those are often the stories that leave the biggest impact, yet they’re rarely shared outside a small circle of peers.
We wanted to create a space where those conversations could happen more openly.
At CDOps Tech, we’ve always believed that the best learning comes from experience. Every day, we work alongside teams solving complex challenges, and one thing has become very clear to us. Our goal is simple. We want every conversation to leave listeners with a new perspective, a practical takeaway, or even just the reassurance that every team faces challenges along the way.
While Live in Prod is powered by CDOps Tech, we see it as something bigger than a company initiative. We hope it becomes a place where the community can learn from one another, celebrate honest conversations, and share experiences that help others grow.
