Do we have to give you access to our live production environments?

No production or write access is required. We can complete a thorough strategic assessment using architecture diagrams, repository code, CI/CD pipeline scripts, and collaborative walkthroughs. If temporary read-only cloud access is beneficial, we will evaluate that together under strict NDA and compliance protocols.

Who needs to attend the 2-hour Discovery Workshop?

Just your primary technical decision-makers. Typically, this includes your CTO/VP of Engineering, a lead DevOps/Platform engineer, or the core founder. Keeping the session small and focused allows us to isolate root bottlenecks quickly without drowning in committee noise.
