Start With the Right Cloud Infrastructure
What does your team need right now?
Choose the cloud infrastructure package that matches your current environment, resource requirements, and operational needs.
We’re setting up our cloud foundation.
You need a structured starting point with Infrastructure as Code, core cloud resources, essential monitoring, and basic security across your environments.
We’re growing and our infrastructure is getting more complex.
You need multi-account infrastructure, more environments and resources, advanced monitoring, stronger security practices, and a setup that can support growing workloads.
We need infrastructure beyond the standard packages.
Your requirements extend beyond the predefined scopes, with specific cloud architecture, resource, security, observability, or environment needs.
Not sure which package is right for you? Tell us about your current infrastructure and requirements, and we’ll help you choose the right starting point.

Let's Discuss Your Requirements
Tell us a little about your team and we'll get in touch to discuss the right cloud infrastructure package for your requirements.
The Right Foundation for Your Cloud Operations
Get the infrastructure, automation, visibility, and security foundations your team needs without taking on the time and complexity of setting everything up internally.
Infrastructure as Code from the Start
Define and manage your cloud infrastructure through repeatable, version-controlled configurations instead of relying on manual setup.
Consistent Environments
Create structured environments with repeatable configurations, making it easier to maintain consistency from development through production.
Better Infrastructure Visibility
Set up monitoring and logging suited to your environment so your team can track service health, identify issues, and understand infrastructure performance.
Security Built Into the Foundation
Establish the right IAM roles, security groups, and access practices as part of the initial infrastructure setup rather than addressing them later.
Less Manual Infrastructure Work
Reduce repetitive cloud setup and configuration work with Infrastructure as Code and standardized infrastructure practices.
A Foundation Your Team Can Build On
Start with infrastructure designed around your current requirements while leaving room to add resources, environments, workloads, and operational capabilities as you grow.
✦ WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
From cloud requirements to a ready-to-operate foundation
A structured process that takes your cloud infrastructure from initial requirements through design, implementation, validation, and team handoff.
Assess
We review your current cloud environment, workloads, requirements, accounts, environments, and infrastructure needs to define the right scope.
Design
We define the cloud architecture, environments, networking, IAM, resources, monitoring, security controls, and Infrastructure as Code approach.
Build
We provision the agreed cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and configure the required environments and core resources.
Validate
We validate infrastructure, environment separation, monitoring, logging, IAM, security controls, and configurations against the agreed scope.
Handoff
You receive the documentation and guidance needed to operate and maintain your cloud environment, with team training included where applicable.

Whether you're establishing your first structured cloud environment or expanding an existing setup, we establish the infrastructure foundation your team needs to operate effectively.
Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers to the questions teams ask before choosing a cloud infrastructure package and getting started with CDOps Tech.
Which cloud providers do you support?
Both the Kickstart and Growth packages support one cloud provider: AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure. You can choose the provider that matches your existing environment or business requirements.
What is included in the Infrastructure as Code setup?
We provision the agreed cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code so that your environment is structured, repeatable, and easier to manage. The exact resources covered depend on your selected package and agreed scope.
What is the difference between the Kickstart and Growth packages?
Kickstart is designed for teams establishing a structured cloud foundation with one account, two environments, up to 15 core resources, and basic monitoring and security. Growth is designed for more complex environments, with multi-account infrastructure, three environments, up to 40 core resources, advanced monitoring, stronger IAM practices, and secret management.
Can you set up multiple environments?
Yes. Kickstart includes two environments, typically Staging and Prod. Growth includes three environments — Dev, Staging, and Prod. If your environment structure falls outside these predefined scopes, we can discuss a custom setup.
What monitoring and logging will you set up?
Kickstart includes a basic cloud-native monitoring and logging setup for up to five microservices with standard dashboards. Growth includes an advanced Prometheus and Grafana setup for up to ten microservices, along with one custom dashboard.
How do you approach cloud security?
Security is included as part of the infrastructure foundation. Kickstart covers basic IAM roles and security groups. Growth adds IAM best practices and secret management setup, such as using AWS Secrets Manager where applicable.
What happens after the infrastructure is set up?
We validate the infrastructure against the agreed scope and provide documentation as part of the handoff. Kickstart includes standard documentation, while Growth includes comprehensive documentation and a one-hour team training session.
Can you work with our existing cloud account?
Yes. The infrastructure can be established within your existing cloud environment based on the agreed scope, account structure, environments, and access requirements. The final implementation approach is defined during the initial assessment and design phase.
What if our requirements don't fit either package?
That's where the Custom option comes in. If you need additional accounts, environments, resources, monitoring, security controls, or a specific cloud architecture beyond the standard package limits, we can define a custom scope around your requirements.
Will our team be able to manage the infrastructure after handoff?
Yes. The infrastructure is delivered with documentation so your team has the information needed to understand and operate the environment. Growth also includes a one-hour team training session to support the handoff.
